11. Do you coach people who do not have an eating disorder?
Yes. I coach many non-eating disorder clients as well, especially for those who are in transition, want to make changes, yet are unsure where and how to begin, or stuck with knowing exactly what next steps to take that will move them towards their goals.
Common coaching requests often are for: transitions (moving from a familiar stage/area of life into something new, unknown or unfamiliar ); life skills; career (job development, career change, career planning); personal development, and more.
